Just a video to show how much you can do with a simple bench table. Creativity provides an infinite number of ways you can use a single object to train, so don't say you can't because you don't live in a good area to train. Even if all you have flat ground, there are so many different ways to move, so try to explore the possibilities!

  • nice video! haha i love the "Jump (obviously" part haha,) :D also how can i fix my double kong? i get the first hand plant, and the jump to second hand plant, but when i bring my feet down to land, my feet hit the edge of the table on my exit, and im like, what the heck?

  • @TXSTEPHENTX : I'd have to see your double kong to give the most helpful advice, but I'm going to assume the problem is that you don't extend your legs all the way on the second kong, as that is a common problem. notice at 0:39 that I extend my body as far as possible after the first kong and form at least a 45 degree angle with the table top. If you do this, it will make it a lot easier to come out of it without hitting your feet on the surface your performing the technique on. Good Luck! =]

  • Lol, I like how i used to think FreeRunning was called Tricking Hahahah.

  • Hey, when i try that my feet hit the object. How do i fix that?

  • @coanjo94: I'm assuming you're talking about kongs. Most people's problem is that they try to swing their feet through their hands, but you should actually be pushing off with your hands into the air before your feet go over the obstacle - Your feet should not pass your hands while they are on the obstacle. Also, when setting up for the kong, your body should not be perpendicular with the ground during the take-off, but rather forming an acute angle with the obstacle inside. Good luck!

  • What are the names of the songs?

  • @Boeliebox: They're both by Vampire Weekend. First one is "Mansard Roof" and the second one is A-Punk." It's in the credits =]
