Our family (and a friend) worked together to make this social story about visiting our local coffee shop for my son with autism. We used Stories2Learn (http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/stories2learn/id348576875?mt=8), on our iPad. It was so easy! And he loves it. In fact he loves it so much I had to have his sister demo it, as he loves to play the voiceovers over and over again. :)

  • Hi! To lock the story, you have to go to the iDevice's general settings, then choose Stories2Learn from the left hand scrolling menu, then toggle "edit" to "no." You can't do it from within the app itself, which IMHO is a good thing. Have fun!

  • @jaymepereiranunes hmmmmmmmm

  • @bunnyz324 yep.. i was wondering the same. India seems to be very interactive, looking straight to the camera, feeling confortable. pretty normal kid to me :))

  • who is autistic in this family

  • Great social story! I just made my son one about wearing different kinds of shoes (he has a thing about shoes) for different occasions. I was wondering whether you were able to find a way to "lock" the story, so that little hands couldn't edit it. I know my little man, and he'll want to rewrite it!

  • Love it!
