My YouTube/Cnn Debate Question for Hillary Clinton (final)

My question is for Hillary Clinton. Senator, previously you have stated that "we should strive to have new electricity generation come from other sources, such as clean coal and renewables." and I know you supported and lead an effort to make Tonawanda, New York, the first in the nation, to have this technology. When you become president what would you specifically do in my area, that is rich in anthrite coal, that would actually begin to move this community and this nation, as a whole, into a more cleaner, energy independent future? Thank You.
