Bypass/Unlock iOS 5 Beta Activation Without UDID or Developer Account iPad/iPhone/iPod Touch

Before you update to iOS 5, Save you SHSH Blobs on Cydia or via tiny umbrella - Google

This little Glitch/Exploit is the first I've seen that uses the dock Keyboard. I found this by messing around with the action buttons and found that this successfully bypasses activation without any UDID Developer Activation.

Also, I would not recommend this bypass to people to use their iPads a considerable amount. As some features do not work - including iTunes Syncing unfortunately.
