  • @Avinash22736 There are traditions which have unclear origins, and there is the Bible. Many Christians will still celebrate some of the traditions, but follow the Jesus of the Bible.

  • may I re-upload this video which has Indonesia subtitle?

  • @Avinash22736 if you want to get into this, you must be aware that our current calendar was invented long after the birth of Jesus. The reason behind the celebrations is the birht of Jesus, the date is not important. If I remember correctly this date was chosen because it was the day of celebration among the "pagans" so the christians could celebrate without a need to explain the authority what are they doing.

  • i like it

  • @Avinash22736 Because the Greek letter "x" is the first letter of the Greek word for Christ, Xristos. "Xmas" therefore means "Christ's Mass." The abbreviation has been around since at least the sixteenth century and is not, as some people have claimed, an attempt to take the "Christ" out of "Christmas" and make it a secular holiday

  • still going

  • @CartoonBible yeah and dont get me wrong but your teaching the wrong things...that is why religion will continue generations after generations...they dont know anything, only hearing it from elders and they dedicate their lives to it...its not fair to them but w/e nothing will ever change.
