If I can remember correctly after both world wars Germany printed more and more money inducing hyper inflation where people were literally pushing money around in hand carts just to buy a loaf of bread. The UK government in the seventies had one crisis after another because they printed more money to buy their way out of recession, causing inflation to rise steeply. Well done Lynda!
