Four killed as car slams into crowd near Dutch royals

A car slammed into Dutch festivalgoers Thursday, killing four and injuring 13, as Queen Beatrix looked on in horror in what officials believe was an attack on the royal family. Investigators have arrested the seriously injured driver of the car, which rammed into a monument after mowing down people at the annual Queen's Day royal procession in the city of Apeldoorn.
