Jim, with the eminent commercial real estate collapse, what are we going to be able to do with developments like this? Can they be rezoned for housing? Will they have to be torn down? This is starting to happen everywhere. We luv your vids!

There's an empty lot near where I live that used to have two useful businesses, one a great hamburger joint. Then a developer decided we needed a condo business complex. Bankrupt, empty lot, today.

Problem is that there is fewer and fewer businesses that actually benefit the community. Fewer inexpensive places to eat, more empty high end offices.
