@lolita19711 This game was in development for the PC but cancelled along with Bad company 2 Onslaught mode on PC due to the fact they needed more resources and people to develop Battlefield 3 as they were on a tight deadline to finish the game for October 25th so they can compete with Modern Warfare, Blame EA for putting that Deadline, furthermore if EA didn't compete with Activision, Battlefield 3 could have been a much better game and Battlefield 1943 would be on PC.

@MrThreeNips If you want to play this game it would be better off to get the Forgotten Hope mod for BF2 as it is the same era and much much much better functioning.

@MrThreeNips How is what I said retarded? It's the truth BF1943 was only made for console because it was the one era of the FPS market Battlefield didnt represent on console and already had on PC. All it is is a BF2 game retooled with WWII weapons and vehicles with LESS options than any BF game ever put out. PS3 players who own BF3 get it as a mini-game, there is really nothing special about it as it was released in '09 and support from EA has ended as they are working on the new BF
