"Situations" wasn't triggered by one particular relationship or situation, it was derived from the reality of a human being's every moment, every day. Everyone knows what vulnerability feels like...everyone knows what it's like to be needed, everyone has fought for attention, or even sat back and desired from afar. We have all made sacrafices-big or little-and adjustments, with the intentions of pleasing someone. Whatever your "pick me" method is, it all comes from the same place-your heart. Life is full of different situations; many are unexpected while others just as planned, some are exciting and some leave you feeling empty, some last a lifetime, others just a brief passing, no matter the situation, whether it makes sense at the moment or not, it all makes for a contrasting scenic view...a movie...this is a movie through my eyes.

What made this piece so special was the rawness...night after night of performances, it remained true to each given moment. This piece wasn't about going through the movement and delivering the exact same performance each night. I don't mean that in regards to the specific choreography, but more so on the personal side of it. Different moments, different relationships, different feelings evoked each night.
