Outlook folder management sucks ass. Why the hell can't you manage the folders in outlook like you can windows folders?

For example: why can't you multi select folders and then drag and drop them into another outlook folder? Huh? why?

I just started using 2007.

I wish there was a way to set up a template for emailing text messages.

We like to send our service techs calls via text messages to their cell phone, then print out their message as a redundant copy for their in box.

I expect that microsoft will intergrate a more text friendly aps with the explosion of texting.

I hate how Outlook/Entourage keeps all your emails in one database file... really a bad idea.

Apple Mail tried to import ALL of my Gmail messages from the past five years and took forever. So I switched back to Gmail webmail.

Thunderbird is the best, but I don't find a need for an email client anymore. I manage all of my calendar events and to-do's with iCal.
