On May 1, Chanda Kochhar became CEO of ICICI Bank, India's largest private bank and a major player in the Indian economy and beyond. In an interview with Knowledge@Wharton, Kochhar spoke about her success in Indias male-dominated banking world, the challenges women face as they advance in their careers, and what entrepreneurs need to keep in mind as they seek funding.

My take away
1. Employee loyalty pays off only if the organization is growing and provides new career opportunities & job roles.
2. Women can balance work & life - learn to plan & prioritize.
3. Stable job environment and defined job role is more suitable for women with other priorities including family responsibilities.

Their online services the poorest among all online banking experience ever. Take a look at icicidirect. You can find it unavailable whenever you need it. I doubt how they manage such sites either they are quite unresponsive towards customers or sites are designed by non-tech peoples.
