Looks like a modded chainsaw. Very clever.

is there a way to not use all the attachments and just use the anchor?

The Lewis Ground Anchor is designed to be used with the Lewis Winch. The only attachment you need, other than your winch, is the trailer hitch mount.
The Lewis Ground Anchor works so well because the weight of the winch is on top and the operator is there to "steer" the anchor in to the ground straight.
Once the anchor is slightly embedded in the ground then the force of the pull will continue to embed the anchor, so the more weight you pull, the deeper the anchor will embed, great system!

Ok, Thats neat and all, But who uses a winch to collect rocks? If thats made for ATV recovery I dont think it would pull a heavy grizzley out of a pit? I may be wrong but it looks a little...weak............to me...It looks like the "Ancor Point" dont go in the ground far enough to support a 1,500 pound line pull.

@1MudDobber2 The Lewis Winch is used by landscapers to move heavy rocks without having to bring in the backhoes and bulldozers that create so much damage to an area. I assure you that it will easily pull 1,500 pounds. Watch our "Lewis Winch Ground Anchor pulls log" video where you will see how the Ground Anchor only embeds into the ground as far as necessary in order to move the log. The heavier the object you are pulling, the deeper the Ground Anchor will penetrate the ground surface.
