does anyone remember a band named reverend, i was once told the singer for metal church was in it, it was an awsome album, the cover had an old reverend hat set in a graveyard, plz let me know if you find anything, id like to hear them again

Kurdt Vanderhoof is the only original member left (and by "original" I'm including Mike Howe and John Marshall). This is a pretty good song, but it's hard for me to buy it as Metal Church. It'd be like if Scott Ian was the only original member of Anthrax, or Steve Harris was the only original member of Maiden.
