  • well said, my dhamma friend. indeed, its a merit-full attempt to propagate such Buddha's teaching like metta, loving kindness. i feel so calm, serene and inner peace while practicing metta during my morning n evening prayer, that i've no enemy surround me and all over the universe....may all beings be happy,well and peaceful.
