I think he is right when he talks about a wider recociliation, but would that be a vital solution? we don't know. I believe a strong, uncorupted govt. needs to be put there to deal with large sacle issue including the warlords. Here he is right when he mentions a wider Afghans involvement in the govt from all walks of life and all ethinics. Also I agree with his initiatives to bring a stop to the war in the old fashion of the Afghan ways.
