Pick out a cloud or several clouds and focus hard on making it fade away, chanting cloud disappear as you do. This may even indicate psychic mind over matter telepathic weather control and turning away hurricanes is possible by the dormant mental psychic powers of psychokinesis, if focused strongly enough by powerful psychics with level 5 mind ESP mental psychic power. But see how the cloud shrinks and disappears. The only reason I chant during the video is that it is my way of focusing psychic energy. I know for myself it only works with small clouds, I can't make thunderstorms disappear. If enough of us cloud shrinkers would put cloud shrinking videos on online then maybe people would start to believe in this ability. You could also try having several people focus on a cloud, the ability might be more powerful then. Also, try making the wind blow on a calm day. Think of the possible applications for psychic weather control such as bringing rain to drought areas. Watch this video and try it yourself, you may find this is something you can do, you also may be a cloud shrinker. If you are a cloud shrinker, then if you post a video of cloud shrinking, you will help prove that many people can do this. And there may be someone out there who can make a thunderstorm disappear, that would make quite a video.
And if you live in an area suffering from severe drought, then post a comment about it on one of my cloud videos, and if you request rain I will try to send you some to help end your drought. Or if your area is being flooded I will try to stop the rain.

This is basic, I can make hurricanes, volcanoes and earthquakes, that really bad earthquake that happened in China recently, yeah that was me. All I had to chant was EARTHQUAKE APPEAR around 80 to 100 times then it happened.

You can try to get clouds and rain to appear, to bring rain. Who knows, it might work. The American Indians believed in weather control, bringing rain by rain dances. You could try to get several people chanting for rain to appear. Its worth a try. I don't know what psychic weather control can do, or what its limitations are. Just keep in mind that most people do not believe in psychic weather control, and will think it is nuts.

I'm not being rude but could you try eliminate this excess cloud cover over britain cause we barely get any sunshine.

Send the cloud to a country suffering from drought.

Right now, there are too many clouds in the sky- we are in a blizzard situation :D
