Drunk Driver

Here we are, on a tail, we spoted a drunk driver with his family members as passengers. The crazy thing is that we contacted the Highway Patrol several times and we were put on hold, transfered from agency to agency many times and no one responded. We followed at a safe distance across hundreds of miles and still no law enforcement officers responded. Where are they at when you need them the most?. But murphy's law...as soon as they see dark windows they want to pull you over. But the drunk driver got away with no remorse of killing his own family. (we observed the driver drinking a beer when we got closer to him. That's how we determined he was DUI). The video it's a bit long but you be the judge.

Yeah, thats pretty bad, but considering the California Highway Patrol has the same staffing level as they did in the 70's. You need to blame your fearless State leaders for this crap. There was probabley one Officer patroling that section of freeway. More people in Calfornia, more asshole drunk drivers, more roads, but not enough officers, who are busy responding to crashes, because Californian's can't drive.

Whoever filmed this should have taken the initiative and called the cops, not waste time thinking it's funny to film a DUI driver!!

The person did call the cops but they never showed up!

@unfaithfulspousePeye Had to call the cops on a woman driving JUST like this on I-95. She veered over to the left later and sideswiped the concrete barrier then stoped. Apparently 10 people had called.

Oh my gosh, I would have been SO scared every time someone came up to pass him!! Especially on the multi-lane highway, I would have been afraid there would be a pile up right in front of me, and people would hit me too...

Good job for filming them though, too bad no one answered.

I once called 911 on a semi-truck driver because he was doing the same thing, but, they never really did anythign either. "We'll keep a look out for him"  wtf?

u are tottaly right.. the cops do a great job.. but the drives are just some lame asses... driving teaching needs to be way bettter there... 101 is very dangerous.. as peoeple dont think.. when they crash to put on the emergency lights they just dont do it thats stupiddddddddd

this is bad, however there are so many people to cover, there are alot of officers, yes but you cant get them all. just think of all your conservaton officers, California Game Wardens, less than 200 IN THE STATE!!!! for all we know poaching is going to be at an all time high. plus, they dont get paid for crap and they have a twice of chance to be killed.
