Human Sacrifice is the necessary Catalyst needed to propel the Evil-Doer's heinous agenda into existence. To help identify the Perpetrator, a good place to start would be to ask the question, Qui Bono? or Who Benefits? If the outcome of an event results in Martial Law and the suspension of our Constitutional Rights, then the primary beneficiary suspect would be the agenda set by those of the Shadow Elite to foster an elevated level of Tyranny to usher in a One World Rulership.
