Excellent video! I spent 11 yrs. with Chrysler and took a buy-out and presently also a student @ Schoolcraft. People need to understand, working in the auto industry isn't about smoking cigarettes and drinking coffee all day. It's hard physical work and for the companies to ask for lower wages while upper management increases their own paychecks is a slap in the face!

Many in Buffalo felt the pain as well. After 14 years at American Axle, I had to start over and recently graduated as an LPN. I'm glad that I'm getting a second chance, even though I didn't think I would ever need one.
