I just can't believe how fucking disgusting and heartless people are. I could never take my family (pets) out and and just dump them. Hurt or dead. I do believe that it is a form of animal cruelty, and if anyone is caught in the future they should be charged accordingly. I hope the bastards who have done that see the publicity and are ashamed of themselves. It should be them suffering out there. And in the mean time good luck to the people who are out trying to rescue.
