  • I know that when you DO these things for mass you want to make sure that you do it as far as you can go. Don't limit yourself, and if you can't go any further than like 45 degrees because of fatigue, you want to try to hold it there, and push further, until your arms about fall off...that's what build the mass.

  • needed to know thAT THX THOUGHT IT was 90 degress extend for the longest time
