  • man i feel sorry for all these kids who's parent are too fucking ignorant or lazy to buy good wholesome food. don't settle for excuses like "it's too expensive little johny now eat your packaged / caned bs." fuck that. thats why theres whole sale. what is with this myth of healthy food = expensive.

  • I do about 10-14 sets for chest and sometimes 2 triceps excercises to follow. My first year of working out, more sets was better, but now I find it's better to not do more than 15 sets for the day. You guys know what you're talkin about.
