what about Afghanistan and Tanzania? I do believe M-pesa is an interesting phenomenon but to call this a documentary is blatant false advertising.

That was not a documentary!!! That was a commercial, which must have been funded by Safaricom. Why else would it only show Kenya's adoption of M-Pesa and not the South African Failure?
