Fucking Jesus H. Christ. That chef's face must be in the dictionary next to 'chav'. Just put a sideways cap on his head, add some gold jewelry and make him a bit less laid back and there you go.

I like how Ramsay mocks the fact that the "chef" doesn't say the...like when he said he's in bar...Ramsay just repeats it...it's a fantastic jab that may be missed if one isn't paying attention. There's another part in this episode where Tim Gray says "throw 'em in bin" and Ramsay just repeats again...clever man lol

When you see a kitchen in such a bad condition, the only responsible thing to do is to alarm the authorithies. Ramsey and his team should have done that on the first day, not just hope for the best.
