really brilliant video, thanks. particularly interesting about jumping on one foot, that is the best explanation that i've seen yet. i've been learning to skip for some time now and have made real progress. the advantages of being able to take some exersice without leaving the house or needing expensive equipment are fantastic, unfortunately i seem to have damaged my achiles tendon an injury that just won't clear up, extremely frustrating skipping also makes my calves very tight, any advice?
