@jasomayo Not 1 metalhead in the crowd. We went to a school full of guidos in NY. It's still awesome to get up there & blow heads off--the shock value of growling & heavy guitars in front of an audience that knows nothing but pop music never gets old. Much to our surprise, we actually tied for 3rd place in this talent show (out of 15). We did a rock cover before this to win the crowd in our favor, but still... a tie for 3rd playing melodeath w/ this kind of audience? Who gets the last laugh? ;]
