Parkour is getting from point A to point B the fastest time possible.

Freerunning is going to whatever you see and doing flips off of it, sprinting over it etc etc.

Think of Parkour as rapping and freerunning as freestyling.

actually parkour isn't the right word if you mean by everything that was shown in this film...

Freerunning and stuntwork is more of the words your going for... Sorry to be technical but parkour is a little different than this...
