  • It is written in Gurmukhi Punjabi Ik Onkar (God is One) Sat Nam ( His name is True) Kartaa Purakh (He is the Creator) Nirbhau (He is without fear) Nirvair (He is inimical to none) Akal-murat (He never dies) Ajooni (He is beyond births and deaths) Saibhang ( He is self illuminated) Gurprasaad (He is realized by the kindness of the True Guru) Jap (Repeat His Name)
  • Very Auspicious. Pleasant to hear. I really respect the Sikh Religion.

  • @axman777 Sorry but how does my 'ego' come into any of this? The Guru would not be offended because they understand what people mean, but ordinary people can be because as I said before a song is a form of entertainment; a hymn however, is devotional. There is a huge distinction! I haven't said anything out of place, just that can people try consider their choice of vocabulary because some people CAN get offended and it's not about their ego, it's about them respecting their religion. Peace.

  • @ssabbasi09 No disrespect here. Your distinction is superficial. The guru is not offended. Your ego is. Song.

  • also, does anyone know if Harshdeep has sang the whole of Japji Sahib like this? I'd love to hear it every morning while doing nitnem!

  • Will people please stop referring to this as a 'song'? It is not a song, it is a prayer and a hymn written by the Guru. It is not a form of entertainment. Please don't disrespect Gurbani.

  • @CalgaryJatt hey go to zedg ringtones i think you can find it there by searching ik onkar pce

  • I am very keen to know the meaning of this prayer in hindi, I understand just 10 or 20 percent . I loved it.

Can anybody do me a favour of posting the hindi translation of this prayer

    Thanks

  • can u plz email this video? i will give you my email address

    Thank you

  • wahe guruji ka khalsa whae guruji ki fateh.
