LOL. Both probably. But I was thinking for the humans. If someone before you had some type of communicable disease or condition, the fish can spread it from one person to the next. In fact, that's why it's outlawed in the United States.

@ButterflyDragon9 Good point. It *looked* clean and we saw the tanks just EVERYWHERE so we had to try it. It was in a beautician's. It's probably not the most risky thing you can do in Thailand!
