The abuses in Tibet all arise from Han arrogance, which is a throwback to the middle kingdom superiority complex that lasted many centuries until the humiliations beginning with the Opium wars of the 1840's. There is no place for any sort of nationalistic arrogance in our world of troubles now.
Stop your Han arrogance! Face the reality of history! I as an American admit that we grabbed northern Mexico during the Mexican wars of the late 1840's, but I support the right of Mexicans to pursue a claim to that land. Will you face the reality of the history of an independent Tibet and support the right of Tibetans to have their own land again?
When I was an undergraduate at Columbia University in the 60's I did a term paper on the historical relations between Tibet and China. I read everything I could get my hands on at the Columbia libraries including PRC books in English. The conclusion I came to after looking at all these sources was that Tibet had been a free and independent land for most of its history.

you are free, you are democratic, you are with your holiness DLLM in dhalamsha, but you made it so corrupted and lost, that many tibetans in exile fell in desperation.
that's your ruling capability.
