13.8 in a 245 bhp rst is easily done if its et up right harris performance have MK1 and MK2 escorts that do high 10's and low 11's with less than 220 bhp and before any idiot comes out with a stupid comment type in harris performance engines or harris at brighton speed trials.you dont need silly power figures to pull the pants down on half of the cars mentioned on here.

my series 2 rs turbo is 245bhp and done 13.4 @ crail last year so the scooby should be well down on that ,people love to claim 4/5/600 bhp all the time then they go on the mile and make a cunt of themselves !
