@dave84843 It definitely is.
I was detained under a Section 136 by the police a few weeks ago and had to wait at that police station for about 6 hours in a guarded cell whilst I awaited a MH assessment. I must admit this video is quite triggering in them respects..
(If you dont know what a s. 136 is, Google it, it's not a criminal thing, btw, the police did it to keep me safe)
