http://www.fastpianolessons.com for more help!

Here is a quick review of the C blues scale and hand positions, along with 2 licks based around C and G.
These licks are only a few notes long, so think of them as snippets of a solo. You can mix and match these 2 licks in any order you want with other licks you know.

I don't want to give it all away, so I only do a portion of the song... I save complete versions as a gift for people who visit my blog!

  • I've tried alot of different teachers here on youtube, and i'm stickin with this guy.

    to each his own.

  • Thanks beeb!

I'll make sure you get special treatment when the new lessons come out! :)

  • you need to show more complicated licks.. hoveve4r, you dont suck, that suckedd_Ø:P

  • This video is good for someone just starting out.

Try the ray charles transcription of everyday i have the blues. There are some trickier Bb blues licks in there that might be at the right level.

Just look for videos that don't say "EASY" on them and I think you'll be all set. ;)

  • That doesnt help!
