I enjoy hearing this song quite often. I realize that this is not related to Kamchatka peninsula. But recently, I watched a program on Animal Planet called Wild Russia. One of the hour long episode was about the peninsula. It was absolutely stunning and beautiful!!

@freddy35kr It is hard to translate his songs. His words have deep sub meaning so pure translation won't give you much meaning. Similar to old Chinese poetry. This is why some people can't understand him and for the same reason millions of Russian people do understand and love him.

Интересный факт. Считается, что эта песня про котельную Камчатка. Но эта песня ( и Я хочу быть кочегаром) вышла впервые в 1983 году в альбоме 46, а в кочегарку Цой пришел в 1986. Это было предвидение, просто игра со словом или что-то другое?

@1kofe1n не от передозировки, а наоборот - от нехватки, когда он умирал, была олимпиада и все каналы перекрыли. На фоне нехватки - инфаркт и смерть. Но все-таки песни от этого хуже не стали.
