  • bullshit i wrked there they make profit on their bullshit warranties

  • how he has a ps3 when it wast even out when this happen?and at the begining microsoft only gave u 90 days of warranty

  • the employee had a ps 3.

  • All the people saying that he's scamming them with the extended warranty, keep this in mind.

He advised them not to buy it. He told them freely about the problem and told them not to buy if, but said that if they really wanted to protect their $500 to get the plan.

What company would actually turn away business like that?

  • That's some serious hustlin'.

  • if best buy protection plan is a scam..How did they spend 425 million dollars last year in just computer....People just think when you buy a product nothing is ever going go wrong with it...Most ppl that get it because they had it one point and it worked out...Ive seen dozen of cases where this Protection plan was offered and customer refused two weeks later comes with the computer with a crack screen and gets mad because they didn't get the plan.the real question is can you buy a product twice?

  • people commenting should really read up on things and understand what best buy is actually offering its customer and not just bash it because u dont fully understand the benefits of the PSP/PRP (Now called Geek Squad Black Tie Protection).

  • @DarthRic1979 The majority of the stuff covered in the extended warranty they sell are stuff that don't ever breaks.... so really, it's a scam.

  • Youtube___ Best Buy Employee gets Crunk

  • NEVER buy a warranty from Best Buy/Futureshop - former employee
