well, surprise surprise, sexism, racism, and homophobia, which has an enormous strain on the relationships between white straight men and well, everyone else (so...like 98% of the world population), might actually HURT white straight men. It can't possibly be the case that the so-called privileged aren't affected by these limitations.

You're conflating the history of the feminist movement with attacks against the feminist movement. Although there have been some early feminist groups like the lavender menace, who advocated ending relationships with all straight men and that straight men are useless, parasitic, what have you, that tradition has mostly ended, even if the charges of "man-hating" are still trumped by those with a popularized, sexist concept of feminism.

Yet here i am supporting it while ur saying im attacking it. So your saying the feminist movement is wrong? or ur apposing the fact they hate men? (when in fact not all do its more of equal rights.)

Not necessarily since i read ur 1st post which did not make sense to begin with "liberate white men"

if you believe that racism and sexism are simply individualistic issues in which white men oppress women and people of color, then you will always find the liberation of white men to be ridiculous. However, if you view racism and sexism as systems of oppression in which privilege is an illusion that keeps agents of oppression from reevaluating their relationships with oppressed groups by promising things that will never be emotionally fulfilling (sex, money, power), then you can understand it.

Now its cleared up, much better.
