  • With consistancy,and trying to find a diet that works. Recently found my testosterone is 250, and Dr put me testim 50 mg a day.

  • @mfsmit01 If your test levels are back to "normal" I don't see a problem. Find a plan that you can adhere to and you will see results.

  • how do you feel about the keto/anabolic diet?..is that a good starting point?

  • @catchfree84 It's not better than a traditional diet. If you follow the rules of the plan, you will see results.

  • @Ariesstar26 Never give up. There a lot of area's in my life that I have improved since, I started changing my body. I wanted to add that but the video would have been 20 minutes. Hmm, maybe the next one.

    Anyway, there are others areas I need to work on. I haven't given up and you shouldn't either!

  • @catchfree84 Thanks for watching my video. I was on the Anabolic Diet for over a year (that was in the beginning). It works great. However, here are cons:

    - Food choices are limited during the week

    - Unlimited choice on the carb loads can lead to trouble

    Whatever route you choose (there are many) just be disciplined. One thing I have learned is that consistency is the key to reaching your goals. Dream, be it and do it.
