Threeballer97: Far Cry 2 - Part 3

You've made it to part 3. You get a medal.

Anyhow, I was hoping to get my new desktop before I reviewed this game but I didn't want to wait so I went ahead and did it. I got Far Cry 2 back in December and beat it within a month or two. Then a month of two later, I gained massive motivation to get back into the Youtubing business due to:
*the thought of getting a new really excellent desktop computer (although I used a laptop for this review) :P
*Tomdogg449's departure from reviewing
*rereading various positive feedback
*being out of college for the summer with nothing to do -_-

So Far Cry 2 is a good game, but I think if perhaps a few RPG elements were added it would be a very excellent experience. Instead we get a unfortunate tedium heavily associated with the game. Nonetheless it is a good play.
I recorded this on my laptop so that is why the graphics are sub par and some sound cues are off. But it was still playable on my computer so it is all good.

Wait until I get my desktop. My future reviews will allow for very excellent graphics. ^_^

Well, just finished watching all three parts. I gotta say, I am interested in trying the game out, but the ending seems quite doo doo and so does the majority of the story. I am probably going to give this a shot when it's $10 or something lol. Great review!

@Threeballer97 Well all is not lost, you can get the PS3 and 360 version of the game used for $13 each nowadays.

@Shintai123 If you get the console version, note that you can't quick save like you could in PC. You have to go to safehouses. Thankfully they are scattered across the land but still it can get a little monotonous finding these things every time.

Don't worry dude, in Far Cry 3 they'll take Far Cry 2 multiply it by a trillion and add a good story with a talking first person character.
