@kkss2010 You can get both at any craft store such as Michaels Crafts, Joann Fabric or Hobby Lobby (all of these are American). You cannot find either at Wal-Mart, Target, etc.

Could you use brown acrylic paint mixed with orange acrylic paint for the filling?

@youdarlene505 It's the top of a glass beer bottle. You can get them at some Hobby Lobby's though. ... or on some glass root beer bottles.

how do you get the clay out of the beer bottle lid?

@jewelsmra You don't. The pie stays in the "pie pan". If you must have it come out... you can line it with tin foil or parchment paper/ wax paper. Though this will limit the outside texture some.
