Your body is made up of 50 trillion cells, each cell its own entity. They share a common consciousness. Look at them as 50 trillion citizens and your brain is the government. If there is nothing but ease and harmony coming from the brain, then all the cells of the body will reflect that environment. But, if there is fear and conflict within the brain/government, then DISease and Disharmony become the rule of your body. Multiply that by billions of human beings and you can see how easy it is for just a few to control the many. Understand that you hold all the power of your existence, good or bad, it all starts or ends with you.
All you have to do is refer to the definition of insanity.
Now, get off the bench and pull yourself into the game!
