A felony (violating a law that was intended to prevent crime syndicates from running gambling operations) for making a $2,000 bet with a "friend," caused by police action that just barely avoids the legal definition of entrapment: not handwaved
"Accidentally" fatally shooting an unarmed man outside his home and lying about it: handwaved!
