I've never seen tarpon feed like that, but anyway. I don't really fish for tarpon a lot. I'm more of a threadfin, trevally and redfish person.
But i was "threadfinning" in Hong Kong once and i saw some massive bass (20lbs) smashing the water on some baitfish. there wasn't 3 seconds where there wasn't BANG!!! It was awesome!
It went on for about 45 mins but i was using a popper, they were hitting only pin's minnow. lol i missed a great days fishing
