We reflect on the infamous moment when Sooty soaks The Queen, Look at the puppeteers dream team and the controversy surrounding Soo's introduction to the team. The documentary then looks at the good work Sooty does for Charity, Switching networks to ITV and the reasons why BBC dropped Sooty, Celebrities argue who is the most popular member of the gang and how Matthew join the family business and him taking charge of the show from his father. Matthew reflects of PC episodes of The Sooty Show, some of Sooty Show's guest stars and explain how there will always be a place for Sooty in children's television.

this special is 10 years old, this year is Sooty's 60th

it would only be his 60th if he appeared in 1958 but he didn't he appeared in 1952
