Pretty funny, but they wouldn't be bringing 9mm and .38 caliber pistols Rome. They would be bringing shotguns. A shotgun blast has a range of no more than 50-60 yards so If a golfer does miss there's not a high chance of hitting another golfer on the course. Also you don't fire at any bird game on the ground, when they fly up is when you light em' up.

As long as everyone knows there hunter safety and don't fire recklessly at anything that moves I see no problem with this.

what an idiot. the course is going to be closed, and its going to be a controlled hunt. i play mill creek all the time and the geese are way overpopulated and a big problem, i see nothing wrong with having a goose hunt to fix the problem. rome's rants aren't funny, they are just plain stupid. he needs to get his info straight before blowing everything out of proportion.
