i need help! i think that i'm diving wrongly since every time i dive i land on my left or right but cheek and after many times of diving i injured my thigh muscle. is there a better way to land or is there a correct landing position that i should take note of?

This guy is good for his age, only problem is that he roles on his back, but still this keeper is good, pretty good for his age

@PfcViksdalen Yeah, you could start out by sitting down and then have someone throw a ball to your left and then catch it, do that about 10-15 times, then get up on your knees get thrown 10-15 more balls, and then at last stand up and get another 10-15 balls :D it worked for me :D i hope it helps :D

The goalkeeper in this video is a decent shot stopper. However, he needs to ensure that he is set as the coach strikes the ball,avoids diving backwards,avoids rolling onto his back when getting up off the surface, and stays square to the ball when making his saves.The drills shown are definately useful for aspiring coaches, however, i wouldn't advise that young goalkeepers pay too much attention to the techniques displayed by the goalkeeper in the video. Although he certainly has some potential.
