not on the west coast yet; should be there in the fall sometime. maybe by october 1; november 1 at the latest. i am itching itching itching to escape this apartment (i have an awful situation too) and this city. glad you're getting out of your crappy situation soon. maybe you can take the stained glass window with you? ;)
lots of love.

I've been tested through both those labs, too, and I wasn't positive with either lab. I had more bands with Igenex than any other lab but still not positive, even by their standards, but enough reactive bands to support the diagnosis in my doctors' minds.

Not only do I have a stained-glass window in my apartment, it's in my bedroom right above my bed. But it's only my apartment for 2 more weeks (thank goodness). Maybe I'll talk sometime about the difficulties of this apartment...or maybe not.
I've kind of taken a break from Dr. B because a) there wasn't a lot he was doing that Dr. H couldn't do, b) it was a long drive for me to make once a month or every 2 months and c) he's more expensive (although only slightly now).

not sure how much weight i put on the test either. I was tested through a lab in Central FL and through IGeneX for lyme. I do not remember what bands or if it was IgM or what. I was nowhere near CDC positive.

I was clinically diagnosed with Lyme (I had one positive PCR in 2001 and many equivocal WBs) and Babesia but the Bart was much more testing based than clinically based at first. Now it's more clinical based largely on my painful feet. It's so hard to separate symptoms of one disease from another.
I'm not sure how much stock I put in the CD57 but I'll go along with it if my dr. wants to do it since it's covered by insurance. If it all of a sudden jumps up over 100, though, that would be great!

I don't have positive tests for co-infections that was a clinical diagnosis. I hope we can get back to treating that soon. I did test positive for Lyme but I do not recall the bands.
I have major issues with azithromycin and ceftin, they both make me sick and they also make my hands and feet peel.
I had my CD-57 tested way at the beginning before I had a formal diagnosis and treatment. It was a 3. At that time that was the lowest my doctor had ever seen. I will not likely have it re-tested.
five things:
1. you have a stained-glass window in your apartment?? (it's lovely!)
2. what happened to dr. b?
3. i got my CD57 tested when i relapsed in 2007, and it was 108. (say what?) i put very little stock in that test, but that's just me.
4. i miss you and think of you so often.
5. so much luck with your new routine!
xoxo.

I've heard of others with similar CD57 experiences so I take the results with a grain of salt and don't put too much on it, I just find it interesting to see if it changes or not.
I miss you, too! Are you on the west coast now? I'm hoping to maybe get out there towards the end of the summer to see my sister.
