No, NOT "People aka Humans." The LAW DOES NOT WORK THAT WAY. The law makes an IMPORTANT distinction between "person" and "human." NBC Universal is a "person," but it is not a "human." Likewise, not all "humans" have the same rights under the law: criminal v. non-criminal.

You obviously don't understand the basic principles of the common law system, and how it relates to individuals.

A fetus is a developmental stage that all Homo Sapiens aka People aka Humans undergo.
