If you have the DVD i have of this movie, arnold with the glasses on and his red eye shining through, than here's what you can do to get the original sound effects. Go to languages on the main menu, you will see in the spoken languages section: English, Original English Mono, Spanish, French. The "Original English Mono" is the original sound effects, click that, and watch The Terminator with the original VHS sound effects on DVD!
