That has to be the very "best" version of that hymn that I have ever heard. That was freaking awesome. If that doesn't move the spirit, then I don't know what will. From the moment it started to the moment it ended, I never stopped moving, dancing, singing and clapping my hands. A # 1

My husband died two months ago at the age of 53, I have struggled with ending my own life because I feel I have no purpose or path to follow anymore. I woke up this morning with this song in my haed & found your version with all the stanzas intack Thank you from the bottom of my heart I will find the victory beneath His cleansing fllood. I will not end my life I will wait for Jesus to come & get me.

@tupaclover123 it was saturday/still is, but it is modernly celebrated on sunday, because so many people had prior engagments on saturday, and it says to rest on the sabbath, and getting up and driving to church, isnt resting. its just as important as it would be on saturday. and besides, god has no calender, time and date is irrelevant to him. and after a long week of work/school u couldnt focus on the message. so sunday is more effiecent for many.

From an old conservative Christian, I applaud your efforts to update our music. Let's face it the message is the same, the love for Jesus is still sung. Music has evolved in the Church for 2000+ years. Give HIM the glory and all will be well.

The lyrics are correct. I've always known it to be 'due him'. I also like this version.
